I received the wrong item with my order, and I’ve been trying to contact customer support but there’s been no response. I also submitted a complaint email, but it’s still pending with no reply. This is very disappointing and frustrating. I hope this issue gets resolved quickly.
Worst customer service, fraud company. Ordered 2 bottles of 60 ml, delivered 1 bottle of 15 ml. Sent mutiple mails, no response. Even no one answers the call...bunch of crooks!!
