Return and refund policy

At Cutiglow, we strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. Below is our return and refund policy:

 

1. Returns
   Please note that cosmetics once sold cannot be returned. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns on any cosmetic products.

 

2. Refunds (if applicable)
   Refunds are not applicable if the order has been delivered. We do not offer refunds for any products once they have been shipped and received by the customer.

 

3. Late or Missing Refunds
   If a refund has been issued and you have not yet received it, please follow these steps:

• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
• Contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is posted.
  If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at cutiglowcare@gmail.com for further assistance.

 

4. Sale Items
   Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, where applicable. Sale or discounted items are not refundable.

 

5. Exchanges
   We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item due to a defect or damage, please contact us at cutiglowcare@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item. Once confirmed, send the product to the following address:
   101, Marriton Plaza, Opp. The Varachha Bank, Savaliya Circle, Yogichowk, Surat - 395010.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

6. Return Shipping Costs
   Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs when returning an item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
