I'm really disappointed with my recent order from your website. I ordered AloeVera body wash and elovera Ad cream, but when I opened the package, I was shocked to find that the cream was expired! I tried reaching out to your customer support team, but unfortunately, I didn't get any response. It's frustrating when a company doesn't seem to care about its customers. I hope you'll take this seriously and fix the issue Asap.
I am really disappointed. Your customer care number doesn't work, your chatbot doesn't answer back, nor do you reply to WhatsApp texts or emails. No update on recent order. Really sad.. deceiving customers won't take you far :(
