I had placed an order from cutiglow one collagen powder and two bal back pro serum paying 4300. Unfortunately, only the collagen powder was delivered, while the two bottles of Balback Pro Serum were missing from the package.
I have repeatedly contacted their customer care through email regarding the missing products, but I have received absolutely no response so far. Despite sending multiple emails and trying to get in touch with them, I have been unable to get any proper assistance or resolution.
This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. At this point, the lack of response makes me question the reliability and genuineness of the website.
