I recently ordered this product but received the wrong item instead. I double-checked my order details, and everything was correct on my end. Unfortunately, the delivered product doesn't match what I ordered. I even recorded a video during unboxing as proof.

I've contacted customer support regarding this issue and hope it gets resolved soon. I would appreciate more attention to order accuracy and quality checks before shipping.
